90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund — even if you've worn and tested the product.
If 90 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@shopsoftr.com. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
⚠️ Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified if your refund is approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
